The International Journal of SocioHuman Multidisciplinary Research (IJSMR) is committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of its published content. The journal will take appropriate action when errors, inaccuracies, or ethical concerns are identified after publication.

Corrections

Minor errors that do not affect the overall findings or scholarly validity of an article may be corrected through an appropriate correction notice. Significant errors that affect the interpretation, reliability, or accuracy of the published work will be carefully assessed by the editorial team and corrected when necessary.

Retractions

An article may be considered for retraction when there is clear evidence of serious academic or ethical problems, such as substantial plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, major research misconduct, duplicate publication, or serious errors that invalidate the main findings.

A retracted article will normally remain accessible in the journal archive, but it will be clearly marked as “Retracted”, along with an explanation of the reason for the retraction.

Editorial Responsibility

Requests for corrections or retractions may be submitted by authors, readers, reviewers, or other concerned parties. The editorial team will review such concerns objectively and may request supporting evidence before taking action.

All correction and retraction decisions will be handled transparently and in accordance with the journal's publication ethics principles.
